Breakfast Recipe: Peach And Apple Green Smoothie

Ever want to make a quick, healthy, and still delicious breakfast? Try this green smoothie! Perfect breakfast for on the go that will make you feel good!


Fresh spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Peach 1/2 , skin removed
Green apple 1/2 , diced
Seedless cucumber 1/2
Fresh ginger piece 1 Inch
Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)



In a blender combine spinach, kale, peach, green apple, cucumber, ginger, coconut water, ice and blend until smooth.



Serve and enjoy!
