Ingredients

Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fig 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey 3 Tablespoon
Almonds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , blend
Grape 2 Tablespoon (save some grapes for garnish)

Welcome to the Hopscotch the Globe Country in a Smoothie video series. In this video series, Siya and I teach you how to travel to your favorite country without leaving your own kitchen. In other words, we teach you how to turn the flavors of a country into a smoothie! In this video, we take take flavors of the Greek Islands and put them into our Greek themed smoothie. So, grab your blended and ingredients and let's travel to Greece. Passport...not required!

Preparation -

1. Clean and peel the figs, blend the almonds and skewer a couple of grapes onto a toothpick, to be used for garnish later.

Cooking -

2. Take yogurt, milk, figs, honey, blended almonds and grapes in your food processor and blend for about 20 seconds or till you get a smooth consistency.

Serving -

3. Pour the smoothie mix into a glass of your choice. Add the garnish to its side and travel to Greece with your first sip. Again, no passport required!
