Pregnancy Smoothie satisfies all my cravings while providing tons of nutrition for the growing baby in my belly! Check out this easy recipe to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need.


Frozen banana 1 , sliced
Frozen blackberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (almond, soy, or cow's)
Protein powder 1 Tablespoon
Bee pollen 1 Teaspoon
Green powder 1 Tablespoon
Pink himalayan salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Frozen raspberries 10 Ounce



In a high-speed blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.



Take out the smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
