Green Smoothie Recipe - Banana and Protein Powder Free

If you don't own a juicer, but still want to pack a ton of nutrient rich greens into your daily diet, try this delicious green smoothie recipe made without banana!


Almond milk 8 Fluid Ounce
Pineapple cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Kale leaf 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh mint leaves 6 (Use a few)
Cucumber 1/2 Small
Ice cubes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (3



1. In a blender, pour in almond milk, add the pineapple cubes, kale and mint leaves, the cucumber pieces and ice cubes. 

2. Blend to a smooth consistency. 



3. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
