|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , peeled, chopped|
|Kale||1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped|
|Almond, linseed and chia butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Almond milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine ice cubes, almond milk, kale, spinach, banana, apple, almond-linseed-chia butter in blender and process using green smoothie setting.
