Not-So-Chunky Monkey Smoothie

While I will still indulge in moderately portioned sweet treats, I also like to find ways to make them a little bit healthier. That's where this Not-So-Chunky Monkey Smoothie comes in.


Unsweetened almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen banana 1
Natural peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
Peanut butter protein powder 1 Tablespoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Ice cubes 6 (5



In a blender, add in all the ingredients starting from the liquid and blend until smooth.


Pour the smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
