Frozen berries | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Raw cacao/Cocoa powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Spinach/Kale | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Honey | 1 Teaspoon | |
Unsweetened almond milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use more as needed) | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Banana | 1 Medium | |
Granola/Nuts/berries | 1 Tablespoon (as garnish to serve) |
MAKING
1. Put the berries, kale,banana, the cacao powder, honey, milk and vanilla extract into a blender and whizz. Add more milk to loosen the smoothie if needed.
SERVING
2. Pour into a bowl and top with some homemade granola, toasted oats or nuts and berries.
