Superfood Smoothie Bowls

Chef Tess Ward shows you the perfect recipe for a super food smoothie perfect for eating clean this winter!


Frozen berries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Raw cacao/Cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon
Spinach/Kale 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Honey 1 Teaspoon
Unsweetened almond milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use more as needed)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Banana 1 Medium
Granola/Nuts/berries 1 Tablespoon (as garnish to serve)



1. Put the berries, kale,banana, the cacao powder, honey, milk and vanilla extract into a blender and whizz. Add more milk to loosen the smoothie if needed.


2. Pour into a bowl and top with some homemade granola, toasted oats or nuts and berries.
