|Frozen berries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raw cacao/Cocoa powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Spinach/Kale||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Unsweetened almond milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use more as needed)|
|Vanilla extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Granola/Nuts/berries||1 Tablespoon (as garnish to serve)|
1. Put the berries, kale,banana, the cacao powder, honey, milk and vanilla extract into a blender and whizz. Add more milk to loosen the smoothie if needed.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with some homemade granola, toasted oats or nuts and berries.
