Dates give a natural sweetness to this thick and rich smoothie.

Ingredients

Hemp milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Plain yoghurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Dates 2 , pitted
Ice cubes 2
Banana 1 , peeled

Combine in a blender, and blend until smooth.
