Ingredients

Ripe banana 1
Carrot 1 , peeled
Beet 1 Small , peeled
Kale/Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pitted dates 2
Hemp seeds 1 Teaspoon
Flaxseeds 1 Teaspoon , grounded
Bee pollen 1 Teaspoon
Walnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (or any other nuts)
Frozen fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

In a high speed blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

 

SERVING

Pour the smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
