Quick Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect way to get in an extra dose of fruits and veggies. All you'll taste is fruit but you get the healthy bonus of some greens. Blend one up in no time for breakfast, lunch or as a snack.


Coconut water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plain)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Banana 1
Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh or frozen)



1. Starting with the liquids, place all ingredients into the blender.

2. Blend until smooth.


3. Serve immediately.
