Coconut water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 mL) | |
Ice cubes | 2 (or 1/2 cup ice) | |
Greens | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (your choice) | |
Plain yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
Pure vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In blender, add coconut water, vanilla, banana, ice cubes, dates, yogurt, and greens. Blend well.
