This smoothie packs a punch of sweet flavor, and some hidden good for you nutrients.

Ingredients

Medjool dates 2 , pitted
Frozen banana 1/2 , peeled
Coconut water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 mL)
Ice cubes 2 (or 1/2 cup ice)
Greens 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (your choice)
Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, add coconut water, vanilla, banana, ice cubes, dates, yogurt, and greens. Blend well.

 

SERVING

2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
