Citrus Revitalizer Smoothie

Stop buying the 700 calorie smoothies at the mall... those aren't really good for you. This one will boost you up, and help you reach your goals!

Ingredients

Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grapefruit juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Banana 1
Ice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 cubes)
Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, pour coconut water, and grape fruit juice.

2. Add banana, ice, yogurt and lemon juice. Blend well.

 

SERVING

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
