It's Fall here in Canada which makes it the best time to try this Fall/Canadian Inspired Smoothie!

Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Almond milk/Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen banana 1 Medium
Maple syrup 1 Teaspoon
Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger powder 1 Pinch
Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
For garnish
Cinnamon powder 1 Pinch , sprinkle on top while serving (Optional)
Pumpkin seeds 1 Teaspoon , sprinkle on top while serving (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

2. Pour into a tall glass or mason jar.

SERVING

3. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and few pumkin seeds if desired.!
