This smoothie will get you up and running on a cool fall morning!

Ingredients

Coconut water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Unfiltered apple juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Garlic clove 1 , peeled
Chia seeds 2 Tablespoon
Fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon , peeled
Ice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

Place all ingredients into a blender and liquify.

SERVING

Serve immediately
