Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

This is not the overly sweet 700 calorie smoothie you buy at the mall. This is actually good for you, while still tasting great!

Ingredients

Apple juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , unfiltered
Chia seeds 2 Tablespoon
Peeled ginger 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Ice cubes 2 (1/2 cup)

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, place apple juice, chia seeds, ginger, turmeric powder, ground cinnamon and ice cubes. Blend well.

 

SERVING

2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
