Apple juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , unfiltered | |
Chia seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Peeled ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Ice cubes | 2 (1/2 cup) |
MAKING
1. In blender, place apple juice, chia seeds, ginger, turmeric powder, ground cinnamon and ice cubes. Blend well.
SERVING
2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
