Betty's Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie

Betty demonstrates how to make a Banana Canatloupe Smoothie. This is a healthy and delicious drink for summer!

Ingredients

Banana 1 , peeled, chopped (preferably frozen)
Cantaloupe slice 1 , chopped (the size of a banana)
Frozen vanilla yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (preferable light)
Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, add banana, cantaloupe, orange juice, vanilla, and yogurt. Blend well.

SERVING

2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

TIPS

For extra sweetness, if desired add honey.
