Banana | 1 , peeled, chopped (preferably frozen) | |
Cantaloupe slice | 1 , chopped (the size of a banana) | |
Frozen vanilla yogurt | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (preferable light) | |
Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In blender, add banana, cantaloupe, orange juice, vanilla, and yogurt. Blend well.
SERVING
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
TIPS
For extra sweetness, if desired add honey.
