New video this Tuesday featuring a high protein green juice that is actually made with a blender for those of you that dont own a juicer. Its made without protein powder but has 13g of protein, 15g of fiber with just 200 calories. We have it at Barrys in Boston called The Green State of Mind created by our fabulous juice bar manager. Get one after your workout or make it at home.
|Lemon||1 Medium , freshly squeezed|
|Water||10 Ounce , to make base with lemon juice|
|Flaxseed powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Chia seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed ice||2 Ounce|
1. Squeeze 1 entire lemon and add the water to make lemon juice base.
2. Wash and clean the Kale and Spinach leaves.
3. Pour the lemon juice into a blender, add the flaxseed powder, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and the cleaned greens.
4. Finally add ice and blend the mixture twice.
5. Serve and enjoy!
This smoothie can be prepared the night before and can be stored in the fridge for the next day.
