Making roast beef can seem like a daunting task. Learn how to make lean roast beef. Here I will walk you through how to make a sirloin beef roast.


Lean sirloin 4 Pound
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Oil 4 Tablespoon
Canola oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350F.



2.  Coat the beef with salt, pepper and oil.

3. In a pan heat canola oil and sear the beef from all sides.

4. Roast in a 350F oven for about 2 hours or until the desired internal temperature is reached.

5. Cover with foil and allow to slightly cool.



6. Cut into slices and serve.
