Bacon and Hatch Chili Wrapped Shrimp

A very simple and tasty appetizer. All you need are fresh shrimp, bacon, roasted Hatch chilies, salt and pepper. Don't worry if you can't find Hatch chilies, they are Anaheim chilies that can be found year round in most supermarkets.

Ingredients

Gulf shrimp 1/2 Pound (jumbo shrimp)
Bacon 100 Gram
Chili pepper 100 Gram
Kosher salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. Wrap two stones with aluminum foil and place on the grill.

MAKING

2. Place the slices of chili pepper over the bacon slices and top with a shrimp. Roll the shrimp and arrange on a skewer.

3. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Place over the stones on grill and cover, cook for 20 minutes. Turn the side in between.

SERVING

4. Serve shrimp with dipping sauce.
