Spicy Lime Cilantro Shrimp

The tanginess of lime and the earthiness of cilantro perfectly complement the shrimp to give it that oomph! Try it out.


Butter 4 Tablespoon
Minced garlic cloves 1 Clove (5 gm)
Lime juiced 2 Small
Sambal/Siracha sauce 1 Tablespoon
Shrimps in shell 1 Pound
Salt To Taste
Chopped cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1. In a pan add butter and allow it to melt, add minced garlic, lime juice, sambal chilies and stir everything.

2. Add shrimps, season with salt, cook for 2-3 minutes and finally add the chopped cilantro.

3. Give it a good toss and turn off the heat.


4. Serve the Spicy Lime Cilantro Shrimp hot.
