Jumbo shrimp | 500 Gram , peeled and deveined | |
Masala powder | 3 Tablespoon (club house indian masala seasoning) | |
Coconut milk | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Thai Kitchen) | |
Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Shallots | 6 Medium , thinly sliced |
GETTING READY
1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, Club House Indian masala seasoning, coconut milk, and lemon juice. Mix it well. Cover it with plastic, and refrigerate for an hour.
MAKING
2. Take a non-stick pan and heat oil in it. Throw shallots and sauté for about 2-4 minutes or until they become golden brown.
3. Add shrimp mixture to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until shrimps are pink and firm, turning then often.
SERVING
4. Serve coconut shrimp with hot rice.
