Quick Curried Shrimp

Ingredients

Canned cream of chicken soup 10 3/4 Ounce , undiluted
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Frozen cooked shrimp 8 Ounce , unthawed (1 package)
Frozen english peas 10 Ounce , unthawed (1 package)
Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine the first 5 ingredients.

2) Place a lid over and microwave at HIGH for 11 to 13 minutes, or till bubbly, stirring the mix every 4 minutes.

SERVING

3) Serve over hot rice.
