Shrimp In Shrimp Boats

Ingredients

Jumbo prawns 1 Pound (16
Tiny bay shrimp 1/2 Pound , cooked
Ricotta cheese 4 Ounce
Green onions with tops 2 , sliced
Dill 1/2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon , freshly grated
Creamy horseradish sauce 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Pinch (good pinch)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Butterfly prawns : pull off shells but leave tails on

2. Carefully cut through the back of each prawn wothout going all the way through, removing sand vein

MAKING

3. Flatten out as you place prawns on a broilerproof pan

4. Mix remaining ingredeints except paprika, top each prawn with mixture, dividing evenly

5. Broil for 7-10 minutes until the "boat" is firm and sprinkle with paprika

SERVING

6. Serve with toasted garlic bread

7. Serve with a sauce of your choice (tartar sauce, mint sauce, tomato sauce)
