Quick Shrimp Saute

Ingredients

Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Minced onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Raw shrimps 2 Pound , shelled and deveined
Brandy 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1 In a pan, add butter and cook garlic in it until soft.

2 Add in the shrimps and let cook until the shrimps turn pink in color.

3 Pour in the brandy and flame.

4 Add in salt and pepper for seasoning.

5 For sauce, add in cream if desired.

SERVING

6 Serve immediately on toast.
