Sauteed Garlic Shrimp

Large shrimp 2 Pound
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dried red chili pepper To Taste
Garlic cloves 2 Large , minced
Chopped fresh parsley 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Capers 1 Teaspoon
Grated lemon rind 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste


Shell and devein shrimp; rinse and pat dry.

In wok over medium heat, heat oil; saute chili pepper and 1 clove of garlic for 1 minute.

With slotted spoon, remove pepper and garlic and discard.

Increase heat to medium-high; add shrimp and saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are firm and turn opaque.

Quickly add remaining garlic, parsley, capers, lemon rind, juice, and salt to taste; serve immediately.
