Skewered Shrimp

Ingredients

White wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Dried crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Medium shrimp 1 Pound , shelled and deveined

Directions

In small mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.

Microwave at High for 1 minute, or until very hot, but not boiling.

Stir.

Cool slightly.

Stir in shrimp to coat.

Cover.

Chill for 3 to 4 hours.

Drain.

Cut shrimp in half lengthwise.

Thread each half
