Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fire roasted peppers 200 Gram
Tomatoes 3 , diced
Cilantro 50 Gram
Tiger shrimp 250 Gram
Arugula 50 Gram



1. In a mixing bowl, pour lemon juice, add fire roasted peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, throw in the shrimp and give it a good toss.


2. Serve these yummy shrimp appetizer on arugula.
