Spicy Shrimp Tomato Basil

This shrimp dish is great for entertaining or for a weeknight dinner because it's so easy to make. It's packed full of spice and flavor while helping to keep your waistline thin. Want the dish to be less spicy? Add the red pepper flakes later, and find your perfect level of heat!

Ingredients

Tomatoes 4 , chopped
Zucchini 1 , chopped
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced
Chopped basil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red onion 1 , chopped
Italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Red pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

In a large pan, heat vegetable oil.

Add red pepper flakes, garlic, onion, zucchini, seasonings, tomatoes and mix well.

Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
