Buffalo shrimp, kinda like Hooters but better because it's made with love and not just boobs. Lightly battered and fried shrimp in Buffalo sauce, served with blue cheese dressing.

Shrimp 1 Pound , peeled, deveined, tails left (21
Unsalted butter 4 Tablespoon
Red hot sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Frank's)
Habanero sauce 1 Dash (for extra spice)
Eggs 2
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Seasoned salt 1 Tablespoon (spicy, I use Tony Chachere's)
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying (canola, corn, peanut, grapeseed)
Lemon wedges 2 (for serving)

In a saucepan, melt butter and add red hot sauce and habanero sauce. Heat on low flame and stir to combine. Once done, keep the sauce aside.

In a small bowl, combine egg and water. Whisk well.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

Dip the shrimp into egg mixture and dredge into flour mixture one after the other.

Place the coated shrimps in a bowl and pop into refrigerator.

Heat oil to 375°F in a deep pot.

Deep fry shrimps in batches until golden brown for approximately 3 minutes.

Allow to drain excess oil using paper towels.

Drizzle prepared sauce before serving. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Serve with any dressing and enjoy!
