Rebecca Brand goes to Santa Barbara Fisherman's Market to buy fresh fish and seafood during the Coronavirus. Shopping with social distance measures can be challenging. Shopping outside seems healthier - but the pier at the harbor is narrow, no where to go. Dog fights and other things happen along the way, as I navigate to buy fish and shrimp.
