Light Vanilla Milkshake

Simple, quick and hassle free. Light on calories perfect to serve with some home made snacks and sandwiches. Kids would love it.


Sugar free low fat vanilla ice cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Sugar replacement 3 Tablespoon (Equal to sugar)



1. In a blender combine ice cream, milk, sugar replacement and vanilla extract.

2. Blend until smooth.


3. Pour into glasses and serve. You can also add chocolate, berries, peaches or whatever you like as garnish.
