Complete breakfast in a glass with your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

Skim milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Low fat and low carb chocolate ice cream 1/2 Pint , softened
Wheat flake cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (chocolate flavored)
Strawberries 8 , chopped
Raisins and dates mixed 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , soaked in water for 1 hour, drained well

Directions

MAKING

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blending jar, save up on some chopped strawberries for garnish.

2. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds, scrape down fruit or any other pieces from the sides.

3. Blend again for 20 seconds or till you get a smooth texture.

SERVING

4. Pour out in 2 glasses.

5. Garnish with saved up strawberries.

6. Serve chilled.
