Badam Butterscotch Milkshake-Desi cooler

This is an easy to prepare milkshake with tasty as well as healthy ingredients.This will be a great thirst quencher for this horrible summer for sure.


Boiled milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Badaam 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butterscotch icecream 2 Tablespoon
Saffron 1 Pinch
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Ice cubes 3 Medium


1. Soak almond/Badaam for 30 mins and peel out the skin completely.

2. Add them to boiled milk and re-heat it for 5 mins.

3. Add the milk with badaam, sugar,a pinch of saffron, ice cubes and butterscotch ice cream to the blender and blend the mixture.

4. Serve cool.
