In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Chocolate Raspberry Milkshake. This is a rich, silky milkshake that makes a great summertime drink (or dessert!).
Milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for thicker milk shake use less milk) | |
Rich chocolate ice cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Raspberry preserve | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Raspberry | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , washed, frozen | |
Confectioners sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
For garnish | ||
Whipped cream topping | 1 Tablespoon (Optional) | |
Frozen chocolate raspberry buttons | 15 Gram |
MAKING
1. In blender, add milk, chocolate ice cream, raspberry preserves, raspberries, and confectioner's sugar. Blend until smooth.
2. In tall dessert glasses, pour the shake.
FINALIZING
3. Top each glass with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
SERVING
4. Garnish with chocolate raspberry buttons and serve immediately.
