Low Calorie Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients

Skimmed milk 6 Ounce
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Banana 1 , sliced, frozen
Sprinkles/Sweet / sweetener 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Put milk in blender.

Add vanilla and frozen banana, a little at a time.

If a thicker shake is desired, add ice cubes until desired thickness.
