Chocolate Tofu Nutritional Shake

Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Silken tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs) , drained
Bananas 2 , broken into chunks
Instant cocoa mix powder 4 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon


Combine ingredients in blender, 1/2 at a time; whirl until smooth and creamy.

Serve cold.

Wonderful as a complete protein breakfast drink or for snack any time.

Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be substituted for the chocolate flavor.

Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
