Honey Banana Shake by Tarla Dalal
This drink is ideal for athletes as it is rich in potassium as well as calcium. Potassium prevents muscle cramps while calcium strengthens the bone.
|Yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe banana||1 , sliced|
1. Combine yoghurt, banana, sugar, honey and ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
