Pumpkin Milkshakes make the perfect fall treat.

Ingredients

Canned pumpkin 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (rice, almond or cow’s milk)
Cinnamon 1 Pinch
Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Honey/Agave nectar 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

In a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

 

SERVING

Pour the milkshake in a serving glass and serve.
