Peach Milkshakes are such a treat and really easy to make. Cheers to cooking and recipes!!
Ripe peach | 1 ((sweet)) | |
Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground cinnamon | 1/16 Teaspoon | |
Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon ((optional)) | |
Milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Vanilla ice cream | 1/2 Pint |
Making
Remove the pit from the peach and cut into large chunks.
Melt the butter in a small skillet, then add the peaches, and sprinkle with the cinnamon and brown sugar, if using.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until the peaches are soft and caramelized. Let cool in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Blend the peaches, milk, and vanilla ice cream!
