High Protein Chia Parfait

This ridiculously easy and simple recipe is one I do 2-3x per week. So I wanted to share here with you my high protein chia pudding parfait! It's vegan too.

Ingredients

Chia seeds 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut nectar 2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Making

Mix it up and leave in the fridge for 4-12 hours

Serving

Add your favorite toppings and drink up – I’m adding just some nuts.
