In Love: Scallops and Tilapia on a Bed of Creamy Red Onions

Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Red onion 1 , finely diced
Pasta 200 Gram (heart shape pasta)
Salt 1 Teaspoon (Boiled in salt water)
Red chili 1
Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chicken stock powder 1 Teaspoon
Tilapia fillets 2
Scallop 4
Salt To Taste
For garnish
Parsley 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Lemon 1 , wedged



1. In a small bowl, add in the sour cream and plain flour. Mix well and set aside.


2. In a shallow pan, add in the butter and let it melt.

3. Stir in the red onion and sauté for a few minutes.

4. Simultaneously in a saucepan, pour in the water and bring to boil. Add in the pasta and season with salt, cook until al Dante.

5. Into the onion pan add in the red chili and sauté until onion losses its color.

6. Add in the sour mixture and pour in the hot water. Bring to a boil.

7. In the meantime, drain the pasta and wash with cold water, set aside.

8. Into the sauce, add in tilapia and scallops. Season with salt.


9. Plate pasta in a serving plate, top with tilapia sauce. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges and serve.
