Deep Prep's Oysters with Mignonette

This Valentine's Day, skip the over-priced restaurant and get yourself some oysters at your local seafood market.


Shallot 1 , finely chopped
Sugar 1 Pinch
Salt 1 Pinch
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Rice wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Dash , freshly grounded
Oyster 2 , shucked



1. In a small bowl add in the shallots, sugar, salt, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and black pepper. Mix well with fork.

2. Spoon out the shallot mixture into the oyster.


3. Serve Oysters with Mignonette along with your favorite cocktail.
