Mussels & Clams in Spicy White Wine Herb Broth

Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , chopped finely
Parsley 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Oregano 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely
Anchovy fillets 2 Small , chopped finely
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Mussels 100 Gram
Clams 100 Gram
White wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
Bruschetta 2 Medium



1. Chop garlic, parsley, oregano and anchovy fillets together.


2. Heat some oil in a skillet and saute chopped ingredients. Stir for a while.

3. Add mussels and clams into the skillet.

4. Pour in white wine.

5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes.

6. While the mussels and calms are steaming, grill olive oil smeared bread pieces over heated pan.

7. When the mussels and clams are boiled enough turn off the heat.


8. Serve mussels and clams into two dishes with grilled bruschetta.
