Mixed Seafood Grill

Frozen lobster tails 2
Medium shrimp 8
Bay scallops 12
Halibut 1/2 Pound
Oysters 8 , shucked
Mushroom caps 12 Medium
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted



1. Start by shelling and cutting the lobster inot 12 chunks, also shell and devein the shrimps

2. Dry the scallops and also cut the halibuts into chunks

3. Take a damp cloth and use it to wipe the mushrooms


4. Take the skewers, and pierce the ingredeints and the seafood on it, then brush with melted butter

5. Now grill it


6. Serve with lemon butter, mustard mayonnaise and artichoke hearts, add a whopping big mixed green salad

7. Serve with a sauce of your choice (bearnaise sauce, curry sauce, tartar sauce or cocktail sauce)
