Cooked prawns | 600 Gram , cleaned and peeled | |
Iceberg lettuce | 1 , shredded | |
Whole egg mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Tomato ketchup | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Divide shredded lettuce among martini glasses.
Top with cooked prawns and drizzle sauce over it.
Chill until serving.
