Minced celery | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Egg | 1 | |
Minced parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
Dijon mustard/Horseradish mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dry breadcrumbs/Cracker crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Dry bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for dredging) | |
Butter | 3 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté celery and garlic in it for 5 minutes or until soft.
Add crab meat, egg, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and mix well.
Make patties as shown in the video and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 6 hours until set.
Melt butter in medium heat and fry cakes until golden brown or for 6-8 minutes (3-4 minutes per side).
