Mock Scallops

Ingredients

Halibut 2 Pound (1/2 inch thick)
Sifted flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 6 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Slice the halibut into ½ cubes

MAKING

1) Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and paprika

2) Coat the fish cubes into the milk and then coat with the mixed flour mixture

3) In a skillet, melt the butter cook the cubes till browned evenly

SERVING

4) Serve the fish cubes with tartar sauce and some lemon wedges
