Ingredients

Ground turkey 1 Pound
Sage 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take a mixing bowl and combine all ingredients in it.

2) Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to let flavors blend and develop.

MAKING

3) Shape the mixture into 8 patties.

4) Cook the patties over medium heat, being careful not to overcook (as high temperatures make sausage hard and overcooking can make it dry).

SERVING

5) Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
