|Organic Italian Sausage, organic red and green peppers, organic yellow onions, olive oil, sea salt, fresh garlic cloves, and cajun seasoning.|
1) Boil sausage in a pot for 10 minutes.
2)Remove sausage and chop up the Italian sausage into 1/2 of an inch pieces. Place in a heated frying pan. Medium heat. Fry until fully done or brown in the middle. Make sure there isn't any pink or red in the meat.
3)Add a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning on the meat.
4)Wash and dry off the peppers and onions, slice the peppers and onions into long thin strips. Chop garlic cloves into very thin slices. Mix all of the vegetables in a bowl.
5)Add a splash of white wine or a white zinfidel to the sausage.
6)Mix the veggies in with the sausage. Fry until meat is fully cooked and the veggies are soft.
