How To Make Sausage Peppers And Onions

Here is a quick and easy meal for you. Sausage peppers and onions are an easy meal to make.


Smoked sausage 2 Pound
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Bell peppers 3 , chopped
Onion 1 , chopped
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dry sherry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



Heat a pan and cook sausages in it.

Add water and heat well.

Flip the sausage and allow to cook.

Reserve sausages separately and chop it.

Heat oil in pan and sauté peppers and onions in it.

Add salt and cook until tender.

Add sherry and stir well.

Add sausages and toss well.



Serve and enjoy!
